  • What is the departure address of the bus?

The departure and return point is at the Tourist Office, 12 cours du XXX Juillet in Bordeaux

  • What happens if it rains during the visit?

An electric tarpaulin can be unrolled on the roof in case of rain or strong heat, at the initiative of the driver.

Nevertheless, we advise you to also bring an outfit adapted to the weather of the day.

  • Can I come with my dog?

Your dog can accompany you, if it is kept on a leash

  • What happens if I bought a ticket on the website and the tour does not leave?
