Article 1. Definitions and Scope

The present general conditions of sale apply to all transactions carried out via this website:  the users of the site must, prior to any purchase, have read and accepted these conditions. The term “user” refers to any person who browses this website; the user who buys and pays for a service becomes a “customer”. A service corresponds to a certain circuit for a given day and time.

Article 2. Procurement Procedure

The prices on this website are expressed in euros and are T.T.C. prices (VAT 10%). The user of the website must first choose the service he wishes to purchase:  the total price (depending on the total number and type of passengers) is displayed for the various routes available for sale. After acceptance of the present general conditions, the user proceeds to the payment by credit card using the secure payment system set up on the website.
After confirmation of payment, the order of tickets is not definitively confirmed and does not engage the company TCT until receipt of the e-mail confirming that the order has been validated. We therefore invite you to check your e-mail. This confirmation e-mail will contain a link to the e-ticket(s):  it is up to the customer to print it out on a printer (in A4 format). Each passenger will be required to present his/her e-ticket on board the “Bordeaux Visiotour” or the “Bordeaux Authentic Tour” in order to benefit from the services purchased. Each e-ticket lists the essential elements of the order: last name and first name of the customer, date and time of the route, type of passenger, and ticket price.
With regards to the service of transport and tourist services and in accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, no period of withdrawal shall be granted to the customer.
Except in the case of fraud, the user is responsible for his/her actions on the Website, including the use of his e-mail address and password. He/she also guarantees the correctness and accuracy of the information provided on the Website.
