In 2016, we reached the symbolic threshold of having transported 100,000 passengers – a constantly increasing number – reflecting the increased number of visitors to Bordeaux.
Our goal has always been to provide quality service and to offer a unique tourist experience to the thousands of guests we welcome every year.
This commitment to offer unforgettable experiences continually motivates us to innovate and develop new products and offers, connected and attractives such as free Wifi, our Phototour Bordeaux application, or our presence on social networks.
We have been able to develop these innovations thanks to the involvement of our teams and partners, but also thanks to the public financial assistance of the European Fund “Feder” and a specific fund from the Aquitaine Region. Since 2017, our company has implemented a digital strategy, like the trend of many others actors in the current touristic industry.
